About The Role
Proach Media in Los Angeles seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to join their vibrant creative team. This role requires developing diverse visual content across formats such as social media graphics, branding elements, advertising collateral, digital campaigns, and pitch presentations. Collaboration with the Creative Director and account managers is key to successfully interpreting and executing client briefs efficiently and accurately.
The ideal professional will possess a discerning aesthetic sense, excel in a dynamic work setting, and comfortably juggle varied projects and stylistic demands throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media visuals, advertisements, and branded templates tailored for several clients.
- Design brand identity components like logos, color schemes, and style manuals.
- Work alongside video and content teams to develop concepts for motion graphics.
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and materials for client interactions.
- Ensure uniform visual branding across all platforms and media.
- Generate production-ready designs suitable for both print and digital application.
- Adapt designs swiftly based on feedback from creative leadership and client input.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years' graphic design experience, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital design and branding projects.
- Skills in Figma or Canva for team-based design collaboration.
- Knowledge of social media formatting standards across different platforms.
- Strong organizational skills to handle concurrent projects and meet firm deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design and Adobe After Effects is advantageous.
