Overview

Are you interested in collaborating with leading global food, beverage, and personal care brands to develop innovative new products? This role offers a dynamic and varied environment where creativity meets analysis, ideal for launching a vibrant career in consumer market research.

We are seeking Graduate Research Executives to join our team starting September 2025 at our Wallingford office, operating on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in client and team proposal discussions and contribute to drafting proposal components.
  • Conduct secondary research to gather commercial and category insights to support proposals and reports.
  • Coordinate with fieldwork agencies for face-to-face research and assist in designing questionnaires aligned with client objectives.
  • Perform quantitative data analysis to uncover compelling narratives and assist in compiling insightful, engaging reports.
  • Develop client relationship skills, presentation abilities, and business development acumen.
  • Utilize a growing range of AI tools to enhance research processes and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Holds at least a 2:1 degree with a research-focused background.
  • Exhibits enthusiasm, a proactive approach, curiosity, and strong communication skills.
  • Is forward-thinking, adaptable, and creative in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable building relationships and thrives in challenging team settings.

Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time role located in Oxford, England, with a hybrid working model. Employment will commence in September 2025 under the management of Simon Quirk in the MMR Research department.
