Graduate Equity Research Analyst - 6-Month Program

About the Programme

Woozle Research presents a six-month paid graduate opportunity aimed at aspiring investment researchers who want to accelerate their career progression. Participants will rotate between two primary research teams: the Custom Insights Team and the Expert Connections Team.

The Custom Insights Team focuses on crafting tailored B2B and B2C surveys, conducting interviews with industry experts, and generating actionable investment insights. The Expert Connections Team is responsible for coordinating and leading one-on-one discussions and expert panels to support active client projects.

Through these rotations, candidates will gain practical experience with diverse research methodologies, various industry sectors, and different types of clients including hedge funds, private equity firms, and consulting companies. This opportunity provides direct learning from experienced investment professionals, contribution to live client assignments, and the chance to build a valuable network within the investment community.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine focused surveys and expert interview questionnaires based on investor inquiries
• Conduct and moderate discussions with specialists across multiple industries
• Analyze survey data to identify patterns, warnings, and investment indicators
• Distill expert call and survey insights into concise, actionable summaries
• Contribute to the creation of brief, impactful investment reports for clients
• Work closely alongside senior analysts to support ongoing client research tasks
• Participate in internal meetings to review market trends, risks, and emerging topics
• Engage in mentorship, regular performance evaluations, and continuous learning

Candidate Profile

• Final-year university students or recent graduates from any discipline
• Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
