Role overview

This is a fully remote contract assignment for a Global Supply Chain Manager. The engagement is planned for 6+ months. The role begins with a 40-hour workweek and may transition to part-time later, depending on how the projects evolve.

What you will do

Guide project teams and smaller workstreams in building and rolling out new programs as well as process enhancements.
Run projects using established program and project management methods.
Keep several initiatives moving so they stay aligned with deadlines and deliver the expected outcomes.
Track schedules, progress, and costs across projects or programs to make sure deliverables arrive on time and within budget.
Update and adjust project plans whenever the work requires changes.
Support the team by acting as a project manager who can help coordinate and facilitate execution.

Required background

Solid understanding of project management practices
Proven experience taking projects from launch through completion
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience handling large cross-functional work, with international projects being an advantage
Ability to adapt quickly and change direction when needed
Background in supply chain
PMP certification is strongly preferred

Experience expectations

The role calls for 5 to 7 years of experience overall. In particular, candidates should have at least 4 years in cross-functional project management and project completion, 3+ years working effectively with large teams, and 3+ years of basic supply chain knowledge.
