Generative AI Architect - Code Generation

Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Generative AI Architect to spearhead the development of sophisticated AI solutions focused on automated code generation, optimization, and streamlining software engineering processes. This role involves creating fully integrated intelligent systems harnessing Large Language Models, retrieval techniques, and robust backend infrastructures to boost developer efficiency and revolutionize software creation workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

• Proficient in Python and skilled in at least one additional programming language such as C, C++, Java, or JavaScript, with a strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
• In-depth knowledge of transformer-based architectures, tokenization methods, embedding techniques, and specialized LLMs focused on code like StarCoder and CodeLlama.
• Design and deployment of LLM-driven applications enabling code generation, code completion, and code translation functionalities.
• Lead technical teams by mentoring junior developers, establishing coding standards, and managing end-to-end delivery from concept validation to production implementation of AI-powered development tools.
• Create and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks to verify that generated code meets correctness and safety standards.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience in dataset engineering including large-scale data curation, cleaning, deduplication, and organization for code datasets.
• Hands-on expertise with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector database technologies.
• Strong background in constructing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines focusing on data chunking, retrieval strategies, and context optimization.
• Advanced capabilities in API design, microservice architecture, and scalability considerations for deploying machine learning models.
• Experience building evaluation mechanisms such as automated test generation, benchmarking, and security analysis for code outputs.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration tools (Kubernetes), cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and GPU resource management.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess at least 6 years of professional experience and hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields.

Compensation

The annual salary ranges between ₹1,200,000 and ₹2,400,000.
