Generalist Consultant

Role Responsibilities

You will be part of a team consisting of 3 to 5 consultants, actively contributing to every phase of client engagements. Your tasks will include collecting and analyzing data, developing and validating hypotheses, and crafting and delivering strategic recommendations. Additionally, you may present your findings directly to client executives and collaborate with client teams to support the implementation of solutions.

Junior Associates will benefit from comprehensive training programs alongside ongoing coaching and mentorship provided by experienced team members. Guidance will include partnering with a senior leader from the local office for career development, supplemented by up to five weeks of structured training in the initial years. Support will also be provided in selecting client projects to help refine skills and expand professional networks.

Consultants generally start with a broad scope, allowing success without needing prior specialized industry or functional knowledge. Experienced professionals joining the team can either build upon their existing expertise or explore entirely new domains, fostering unique career growth opportunities within the consultancy.
