General Project Manager

Role overview

The organization is seeking a seasoned, self-driven General Manager / Civil Engineer to steer business operations in an orderly and efficient manner under the guidance of senior leadership. The role is based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

Education

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Management, or a closely related field is required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership across the organization’s major functions, including management, human resources, procurement, IT, safety, technical teams, operations, project control, finance, MEP, and logistics.
• Drive productivity and operational efficiency across internal activities and project execution.
• Monitor the approved budget and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Continuously refine internal processes to improve effectiveness over time.
• Make sure safety standards and regulations are followed at project sites.
• Introduce and execute strategies that strengthen performance and support business growth.

Skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring strong organizational ability, clear communication, solid product knowledge, labor management capability, sound decision-making, project management expertise, and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience

Applicants should have more than 10 years of experience in civil engineering and the contracting sector.
