Position Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Offer courteous and professional assistance by welcoming customers, aiding product selection, promoting merchandise and services, locating items, supporting purchase decisions, and addressing or escalating customer issues.
• Maintain coverage over assigned sales floor areas and provide help at the Front End during peak times, coordinating with team members to ensure consistent floor presence and customer support.
• Organize and clean assigned zones to sustain a neat sales environment, relocate featured products to proper modular spots, and handle merchandise recovered from Customer Service and other departments.
• Restock products, conduct downstocking as needed, apply product protection measures, and establish shelving setups including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Uphold workplace safety and cleanliness by adhering to company policies, completing safety check logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Exhibit schedule flexibility by working various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting as needed to business demands to help the store operate efficiently.

Challenges in This Role

• Manage a significant volume of tasks in a high-speed environment, especially during overnight shifts, by effectively planning to maintain energy and focus.
• Address physically demanding duties such as prolonged standing, bending, and lifting items up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive actions like stocking, zoning, and arranging products carefully and consistently to meet store standards.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $17.75.
