About the Role

This opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a McDonald's franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA corporate entity. The franchisee independently manages all employment-related matters including hiring, discipline, supervision, and scheduling. McDonald's USA is not involved in employment decisions nor will receive your application.

Join a family-operated team offering competitive compensation starting at a minimum of $65,000 annually, with monthly bonus opportunities. Prior McDonald's experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

The General Manager holds accountability for operating a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald's high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

This role includes collaborating with leadership to establish and implement restaurant objectives. The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, supporting their goal setting and progress, and coaches them to enhance departmental performance and overall restaurant success.

Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong leadership pipeline may also be part of this role.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager managing high volume restaurant locations is preferred.
• Experience in quick service restaurant operations is strongly favored; backgrounds in hospitality or retail are also considered.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old to hold a managerial position in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants.
