Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• At least one year of employment experience in any field such as manufacturing, warehousing, food service, retail, or office work
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
• Capability to adhere to safety rules and company policies
• Basic computer literacy or communication skills, which may vary based on the department
• Physical ability to stand for long durations and lift up to 50 pounds for relevant roles
• A positive mindset and enthusiasm for personal development and career growth within the company
