FX Dealer

About the Role

We are expanding our foreign exchange dealing operations into the Asia-Pacific region and are seeking two skilled FX Dealers to assume responsibility for live market coverage during APAC trading hours. This position involves active execution duties, including managing a leveraged FX Contract for Difference (CFD) dealing book, overseeing pricing and risk, and operating within an established financial limit. The role requires close collaboration with our London-based dealing team to guarantee seamless, 24-hour coverage of major APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise a live leveraged FX CFD dealing book throughout APAC market hours.
• Manage pricing strategies, risk assessment, and profit & loss within the allocated budget.
• Deliver direct market coverage and oversee liquidity management during critical APAC trading sessions.
• Coordinate effectively with the London dealing desk to enable smooth transitions and consistent market coverage.
• Maintain a strict focus on execution; this is a dealing/market-making role rather than one oriented towards analytics or research.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Approximately 10 years of experience as an FX or CFD dealer, preferably within leveraged FX desks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a live dealing book under a predefined budget.
• Comprehensive understanding of APAC FX markets and their trading hours.
• Experience at a similar FX/CFD trading firm, such as LMAX, is advantageous.
• A strong preference for execution-centric dealing activities over analytical or research roles.
