Full-Time Merchandiser

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated full-time merchandisers to join a flourishing company representing well-known retail brands including Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizza, Mrs. Smith's®, Edwards® desserts, bibigo®, and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly wage of $19 per hour.
• Work schedule consists of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, totaling 30 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that company-branded products are adequately stocked and presented within assigned grocery stores.
• Merchandise and rotate products to maintain freshness and visibility.
• Create and sustain attractive product displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with store staff.
• Communicate efficiently with team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience working in a grocery environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, have dependable transportation, and be at least 18 years old.
• Capability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and handle frozen goods using proper equipment.
• Access to a smartphone compatible with company technology systems.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and drug testing.
