Your role is pivotal in shaping first impressions and seamlessly coordinating activities across hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to guarantee room readiness and promptly address any operational issues impacting guest satisfaction.
• Lead shift briefings to share important updates, communicate goals, and ensure team alignment.
• Manage administrative duties accurately and promptly, including shift reporting, cash handling, and audit compliance.
• Mentor and train Front Desk staff, fostering their ongoing development and proficiency.
• Collaborate with Reservations and Revenue Management to efficiently manage room inventory and availability.
• Enforce health, safety, and security protocols within the Front Desk area to maintain compliance and guest safety.
• Monitor guest flow and queue times in the lobby, striving for efficient service delivery.
• Work alongside Concierge and Guest Relations teams to tailor guest experiences and anticipate their needs.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies following established hotel procedures.
• Participate actively in department meetings and drive initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Ensure guest information is managed in line with data protection standards and brand policies.
• Assume Manager on Duty responsibilities when necessary, making decisions in leadership's absence.
