Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and professionally assist guests, both domestic and international
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and attend to all guest requests
- Provide knowledgeable advice about the hotel facilities, local area, and tourist attractions
- Manage reservations processing accurately
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and general correspondence promptly
- Ensure accurate cash handling and perform daily financial reconciliations
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to guarantee smooth hotel operations
- Address guest complaints with a focus on service-oriented solutions
- Uphold the hotel’s standards for quality, safety, and hygiene
- Contribute to a positive guest experience and actively promote additional hotel services
Candidate Profile
- Preferably completed training in hospitality or gastronomy; however, career changers with service experience are welcome
- A passion for interacting with people and a strong hospitality mindset
- Approachable, neat, and confident demeanor
- Ability to work independently with a structured and reliable approach
- Team player with high service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in spoken and written German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfortable with common MS Office software; experience with hotel management software such as Opera Cloud is desirable
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
