Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and professionally assist guests, both domestic and international
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and attend to all guest requests
  • Provide knowledgeable advice about the hotel facilities, local area, and tourist attractions
  • Manage reservations processing accurately
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and general correspondence promptly
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and perform daily financial reconciliations
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to guarantee smooth hotel operations
  • Address guest complaints with a focus on service-oriented solutions
  • Uphold the hotel’s standards for quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience and actively promote additional hotel services

Candidate Profile

  • Preferably completed training in hospitality or gastronomy; however, career changers with service experience are welcome
  • A passion for interacting with people and a strong hospitality mindset
  • Approachable, neat, and confident demeanor
  • Ability to work independently with a structured and reliable approach
  • Team player with high service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in spoken and written German and English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Comfortable with common MS Office software; experience with hotel management software such as Opera Cloud is desirable
  • Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
