Role overview

Mindrift is seeking an experienced Presentation Designer for the Tendem project, where the work focuses on specialized storytelling within a hybrid AI-plus-human workflow. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents that manage repetitive production tasks, while you contribute the judgment, subject-matter understanding, and presentation craftsmanship needed to produce polished, high-impact decks and one-pagers.

This is a freelance, part-time remote opportunity suited to creative specialists with practical experience in visual communication, information design, and narrative-driven presentations.

What the role involves

As a Presentation Designer on this project, your main focus will be shaping visual hierarchy and strengthening storytelling. You will transform raw information and complex narratives into persuasive, clean, and visually refined slides and one-pagers. The work may involve tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

Key responsibilities

Create premium pitch decks and one-pagers customized for specific audiences and communication goals.
Turn dense or complicated data into clear, minimalist visual stories with strong hierarchy.
Improve presentation quality through tailored typography, refined motion, and consistent visual treatment.
Maintain a polished style that blends corporate professionalism with creative finesse.
Check alignment, pacing, and brand consistency carefully before handing over final files.

To get started, you will need to apply, complete the required qualification steps, and then begin contributing on an as-needed basis according to your schedule.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative discipline is an advantage.
Strong command of presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote for building advanced, animated decks.
Advanced ability with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or with Figma for custom layouts and graphics.
Capability to convert complex information and layered structures into simple, effective visual explanations.
Advanced typography and animation skills for refined, premium-quality deliverables.
English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is required.
Practical experience producing high-end, corporate-style creative layouts.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to visual precision.
Independent work style with the ability to solve design challenges without close supervision.
A CV that includes a portfolio link showcasing high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization work is mandatory; applications without this will not be reviewed.

Project notes

The expected workload during active phases is around 10 to 20 hours per week, depending on project needs. This is only an estimate and does not guarantee a fixed number of hours. The workload applies only while the project is active.

Compensation

Contributors may earn up to the equivalent of $50 per hour, depending on their level and pace of contribution. Pay can differ from one project to another based on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
