This freelance opportunity is for a Presentation Designer to support a Tendem project within a hybrid AI and human workflow. The work centers on turning complex input into polished, persuasive presentations and one-pagers with strong storytelling, visual order, and a premium corporate-creative feel.

What you will do
In this role, you will partner with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you contribute judgment, domain knowledge, and design execution to produce high-quality presentation assets. The emphasis is on clear communication, visual hierarchy, and refined formatting.
You will work with tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma to build decks that are visually consistent, carefully structured, and audience-focused.
Key responsibilities
- Create high-impact pitch decks and polished one-pagers tailored to specific audiences.
- Turn dense information and data into simple, visually compelling storytelling with a minimalist approach.
- Improve slides with custom typography, refined animation, and strong visual consistency.
- Maintain a premium style that blends corporate polish with creative presentation design.
- Check alignment, pacing, branding, and overall presentation quality before final handoff.
Requirements
- About 2 or more years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a similar creative discipline is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation software for building complex and animated decks.
- Advanced ability with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or with Figma for creating custom layouts and graphics.
- Ability to convert layered data and complex structures into clean, easy-to-follow visual narratives.
- Advanced typography and animation skills for premium-quality deliverables.
- English level at upper-intermediate (B2) or higher is required.
- Hands-on experience producing high-end layouts with a premium corporate-meets-creative look.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to flawless visual execution.
- Ability to work independently and solve design problems without close supervision.
- Your CV must include a portfolio link showcasing presentation design, pitch decks, and data visualization examples; applications without this will not be considered.
Work schedule and engagement
This is a part-time remote freelance role. During active project periods, the expected workload is around 10 to 20 hours per week. This estimate may change depending on the project and is not guaranteed.
Compensation
Compensation can reach the equivalent of up to $50 per hour, depending on the contributor’s experience level and the pace of work. Pay may vary by project based on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
