Job description

Position Overview

Join a leading global infrastructure consultancy as a Framework Manager in the Water sector, based in Ireland with offices in Dublin City Centre, Cork, or Galway. This role combines leadership and client relationship management to drive the success of multidisciplinary water service frameworks, delivering exceptional client service and fostering business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage professional service frameworks, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring delivery of high standards in project execution.
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Growth leads and Client Account Managers to develop and implement framework account plans aligned with safety, schedule, cost, innovation, and quality targets.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial, contractual, and technical commitments, monitoring and reporting on framework KPIs to achieve client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify future project pursuits within the client organization and guide proposal development activities to secure new contracts.
  • Support team growth by recognizing capacity and capability needs, facilitating staff development and recruitment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of the water sector and its regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to build robust stakeholder relationships within client organizations.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering technical and commercial bids for water-related projects.
  • Track record of managing project phases including business case development, feasibility studies, design stages, construction support, and others.
  • Background delivering professional services across Water Asset Management, Engineering, Environmental Planning, Project/Program Management, or related areas.
