Currently, the company manages over $2 billion in regulatory Assets Under Management (AUM) and is experiencing growth exceeding 20% month-over-month. Their mission is to democratize access to institutional-grade lending rates by enabling retail investors and advisors to participate in the SPX box spread market.

Role Overview

As the inaugural design hire, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end product design for a sophisticated fintech platform. Working closely with the founding team and engineers, your task will be to transform complex financial concepts into intuitive interfaces and user experiences that serve both B2B and B2C customers. You will establish and evolve the company's design system from the ground up while supporting rapid company growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product engineers and co-founders to guide product direction and conduct user research to clarify and simplify complex technical workflows.
• Design and refine sophisticated advisor dashboards for B2B users, as well as client-facing experiences for B2C audiences, ensuring a polished, data-rich interface.
• Create and maintain the foundational design system that will standardize brand identity and interface design across all platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possess at least five years of experience in product design, especially within domains involving complex B2B, data-heavy, fintech, or enterprise software products.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in Figma and experience developing comprehensive design systems that harmonize creative and technical requirements.
• Exhibit exceptional problem-framing capabilities and a strong sense of visual design quality, able to excel in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.

Additional Information

• The position is fully remote within the United States.
• The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $175,000 annually plus equity participation.
