The core responsibility of this role is to ensure that the value promised to new customers is promptly and effectively delivered. As a Founding Customer Operations Manager, you will be accountable for everything that unfolds once a customer commits to onboarding, transforming them into loyal promoters by realizing cloud savings and fostering advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, credit applications, and initial savings realization, acting as the primary contact for clients.
• Accelerate the time-to-savings metric by managing internal and external stakeholders, while communicating potential savings with the customer effectively.
• Coordinate between clients, AWS, and distribution partners to manage timelines and resolve any delays proactively.
• Convert satisfied clients into advocates who provide referrals and enhance company credibility through recognizable logos.
• Develop and refine the operational playbook based on customer feedback, recurring inquiries, and platform needs to support company growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical leaders such as CTOs and commercial decision-makers like founders within the same discussion.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly assimilate technical concepts.
• A strong sense of ownership with commitment to resolving customer value delivery challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously without oversight.
• Adaptability to work in an early-stage company environment with evolving processes, contributing to building effective workflows and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AWS billing systems and cloud cost management.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
