Role Overview

The Founder's Office Lead will collaborate closely with core teams to spearhead high-impact initiatives across various domains including engineering, product, recruitment, operations, and business development. This role requires addressing emerging challenges, developing new capabilities, and driving execution across critical projects as the organization expands.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage top-priority projects throughout the organization.
Partner with leadership to tackle business and product-related issues.
Establish new teams, processes, and operational abilities aligned with company growth.
Oversee cross-functional initiatives from early planning stages through to successful delivery.
Conduct market research on new products and business opportunities.
Enhance operational efficiency by identifying issues and implementing viable solutions.
Assume ownership of projects ensuring impactful business results.

Work Location

This is a remote position; however, applicants must be physically based in Singapore as the role is specifically targeted for the Singapore market.

Language Requirements

English is the primary working language across the global teams, and strong proficiency in English communication is mandatory.

Recruitment Process
