Mission
This role calls for a proven founder-operator who can build a venture from scratch with speed, resilience, and a strong execution mindset. You will take a validated business concept and lead it from early incubation into a scalable, self-sustaining ecosystem. The position is fully remote and demands constant availability for a leader who is comfortable operating in fast-moving digital markets around the clock.
The company prioritizes delivery, momentum, and full ownership over credentials alone. Candidates who have previously launched or exited a startup, or who have driven product and engineering outcomes for a rapidly growing platform, will be valued for their ability to execute. Strong product instinct, the ability to attract high-caliber talent, and the persistence to guide a venture through the uncertainty of zero-to-one growth are considered essential.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of a new venture concept and turn it into an operating business with revenue.
- Set the product vision, shape the technical roadmap, and make tough prioritization decisions to accelerate product-market fit.
- Build and lead a compact, high-performing team of developers, designers, and growth specialists.
- Work with the internal architecture team on fundraising narratives, investor presentations, and capital-raising efforts.
- Run the daily operations of an early-stage company, including workflows and shipment cadence.
- Own customer acquisition and distribution strategy, including growth loops and viral mechanics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the zero-to-one phase of a technology or digital business.
- Strong product judgment, including awareness of user behavior, conversion performance, and interface quality.
- Must be available every day of the week and ready to stay closely engaged with the venture at all times.
- Working knowledge of the Web3 space, including token economics, community dynamics, and digital asset operations.
- Clear, persuasive communication style with the ability to attract and inspire top-tier talent.
Operational Details
- The role is fully remote.
- Schedule expectation: on-call seven days per week, with full commitment to early-stage execution and global coordination.
- Compensation is paid in digital assets (USDC/USDT) and includes founder-style upside in the venture.
