Role Overview

This position is for a full-time, on-site Forklift Driver located in Ad Darb. The primary responsibility is to operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport materials within warehouse and yard facilities. Daily duties involve receiving shipments, organizing goods, relocating items to storage areas, and preparing orders for shipment dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to handle materials, including loading and unloading shipments.
• Receive and systematically organize incoming shipments.
• Transport items to specified storage locations and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Verify the quantity of shipments and maintain accurate labeling and packing standards.
• Report discrepancies or damages to support inventory control.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Work closely with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in shipping and receiving processes to manage goods precisely and efficiently.
• Skilled in unloading and material handling techniques, ensuring safe movement and positioning of materials.
• Experienced in packing and basic preparation of orders to guarantee secure packaging and correct labeling.
• Demonstrated expertise in forklift operation following safety guidelines, including licensed or certified forklift operator.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and ability to comply with them.
• Capability to interpret instructions and basic documentation accurately.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to cooperate with warehouse and logistics personnel.
• Physical fitness to lift, carry, and transport materials in a dynamic warehouse setting.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments is advantageous.
