Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Food Runner, you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across FIVE's award-winning lifestyle destinations. Your duties include warmly welcoming guests, accurately relaying and delivering food and beverage orders while catering to dietary preferences, and ensuring seamless service throughout the dining experience. You will be responsible for presenting menus knowledgeably, maintaining thorough guest preference records, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and promoting the brand's bespoke offerings. Maintaining high hygiene standards, collaborating with the Food and Beverage team, and upholding FIVE's signature service quality are also essential aspects of this position.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, is a proactive problem solver, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Previous luxury hotel experience as a Food Runner (1-2 years) is preferred. A polished appearance adhering to company grooming standards and the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays are required. Energetic, approachable, and able to engage guests effectively, the candidate should also thrive in a fast-paced setting and aim to both enhance customer satisfaction and support revenue growth through up-selling and exceptional service.
Compensation and Benefits
- A fixed monthly salary of AED 1,200 is provided.
