Job Overview
As a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton Salwa, you will play a key role in enhancing guests' experiences by providing warm and attentive food and beverage service. Each day offers an opportunity to brighten someone's day by delivering excellent hospitality and creating memorable moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage guests with a cheerful and approachable attitude, proactively seeking to enhance their dining experience.
- Become well-versed with the menu details, current promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests with inquiries.
- Efficiently take food and drink orders, accurately enter them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery of orders with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the food service station throughout your shift.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests and team members.
