About the Role
The iNUA Hotel Collection is seeking a committed and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor for our Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa in Sligo. This position is vital to maintaining smooth operations across our dining areas and ensuring superior service quality that enhances guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations in the food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant and bar facilities.
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee the F&B team members to ensure compliance with company policies and outstanding guest service.
- Support the training and professional growth of staff to sustain a competent and motivated team.
- Track inventory and assist with supply procurement to meet operational needs while managing costs effectively.
- Guarantee adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, preserving a clean and sanitary environment.
- Address guest questions, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work alongside management to devise and execute strategies that improve F&B services, elevate guest experiences, and boost revenue.
- Conduct routine inspections of outlets to uphold quality standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in organizing and implementing special events, promotions, and activities to enrich the guest experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience within the food and beverage department of a hotel or high-end restaurant is essential.
- Strong leadership qualities coupled with effective communication skills to motivate and inspire team members.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude and enthusiasm for creating memorable dining moments.
- Proven resource management abilities, cost control skills, and experience in maximizing profitability.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as business demands.
