Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will assist in managing the resort's food and beverage operations to enhance guest satisfaction, improve team performance, and optimize business outcomes. Responsibilities involve fostering guest satisfaction, ensuring a safe and hygienic workplace, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality. This is achieved through cultivating a collaborative team atmosphere, delivering prompt and courteous service aligned with brand standards, managing daily team relations, and empowering staff by providing proper training and encouraging problem-solving autonomy.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline
• Prior experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations
• Strong leadership skills and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Attention to detail aimed at operational excellence
• Exceptional guest service capabilities
