Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to enhance our team. This full-time position requires availability to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests with a smile and appropriate greetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidy condition of your work area at all times.
• Prepare for service including setting tables, stocking stations, and making tea and coffee.
• Properly clean, polish, and store crockery, glassware, and cutlery to minimize breakage and uphold standards.
• Accurately take customer orders, promote sales by recommending suitable products.
• Serve guests in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness in the bar and restaurant areas.
• Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Possess knowledge of wines, spirits, and menu items to assist guests.
• Handle guest concerns discreetly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
