Position Overview

Join the REWE team at Karl-Marx-Straße 169, 15713 Königs Wusterhausen / Niederlehme as a Florist, working part-time or full-time between 15 and 38 hours per week on a permanent contract. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and design floral and plant arrangements for sale.
• Independently execute promotional and sales-enhancing ideas.
• Manage product procurement efficiently.
• Inspect incoming goods and ensure optimal storage conditions.
• Conduct consultations and sales discussions directly with customers.

Desired Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a florist.
• Strong creativity with the ability to generate diverse ideas.
• Passion for retail and teamwork spirit.
• Polished and friendly demeanor towards customers.
• Willingness to work flexible shift schedules from Monday to Saturday, between 05:45 and 22:15 hours.
