Financial Operations Analyst - Record to Report

Overview

This role seeks a professional with a bachelor's or master's in accounting, finance, or a CA qualification, possessing substantial experience and a keen interest in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Manage financial accounting and reporting activities including fixed assets, lease accounting, accruals/prepaid accounting, reconciliations, along with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure consolidation of financial statements, maintain audit controls and governance standards.
• Handle taxation matters, leveraging past taxation experience when applicable.
• Operate effectively in a fast-moving, intellectually demanding service environment, applying guidelines flexibly to support and improve business operations.
• Provide a broad array of financial services ranging from routine accounting tasks to complex financial management analyses.

Technical Skills & Tools

Experience with Oracle systems (particularly General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable), Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, MS Access, and comparable ERP platforms is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential, with adaptability to various software environments expected. Advanced skills in Excel or exposure to analytics tools like Tableau or Alteryx represent advantageous capabilities.
