Role Overview

This part-time, on-location Financial and Investment Analyst position in Singapore involves supporting evaluations of healthcare-oriented property investments. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, building financial models, and performing feasibility analyses on prospective acquisitions and developments. Regular tasks involve analyzing financial statements, creating investment memos, aiding portfolio performance assessments, and preparing reports and presentations for internal teams and investors. The role also requires monitoring APAC real estate trends, updating databases, and working alongside investment and development teams to enhance investment approaches.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong foundation in finance and investments with understanding of real estate and fund structures.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling for assessing property deals and cash flow forecasts.
• Experience in portfolio management and tracking investment performance.
• Competence with Excel and financial analysis software, capable of handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey complex concepts.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Preferred educational background includes degrees or current studies in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or related fields; relevant experience or internships in property or investment analysis are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Asia-Pacific real estate markets and an interest in healthcare-centric and sustainable development projects is beneficial.
