Field Technician

About the Role

We are inviting applications for a Field Technician position focused on fridge door gasket repair and maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting, removing, and installing fridge door gaskets under guidance from a Lead Technician.
• Attend training sessions aimed at enhancing repair and installation competencies.
• Keep tools and equipment properly maintained and accounted for after each assignment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their questions and ensure excellent service.
• Support inventory tracking and management for gasket materials and related supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and standards during on-site work.
• Help document and maintain accurate records of repairs and activities performed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably 2 or more years’ experience in a technical or maintenance function.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, and troubleshooting methods.
• Eagerness to learn about fridge door gasket technologies and repair methods.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both collaboratively and independently.
• Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and at least one regional language for site and customer communication.

Physical Requirements

• Willingness to operate across varied environments including residential and commercial locations.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for prolonged durations.
