Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

Paytm Services Private Limited is urgently seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to strengthen their growth team. This position involves expanding Paytm's merchant base by recruiting local shops, retail outlets, and other businesses directly as payroll employees of Paytm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to local markets and retail locations to onboard new merchants.
• Install Paytm QR codes at merchant establishments to facilitate digital payments.
• Set up and activate Paytm Soundbox devices at business premises for customer transaction notifications.
• Provide merchant training on Paytm devices and offer ongoing support to address queries and issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess an Android smartphone suitable for work-related applications.
• Must have ownership of a two-wheeler such as a bike or scooter for transportation.

Compensation and Benefits

The role includes a monthly salary ranging between INR 18,000 and INR 43,000 along with attractive weekly and monthly performance-based incentives. Successful candidates will receive official employment through direct offer letters and payroll managed by Paytm.
