Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking energetic Field Sales Executives to become part of Paytm's primary growth team. These executives will be employed directly by Paytm and tasked with expanding the company's merchant network by enrolling retail stores, shops, and various business establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to local markets and retail outlets to sign up new merchants.
• Install Paytm QR codes at merchants' storefronts to enable digital payments.
• Set up and activate Paytm Soundbox devices at business locations for seamless transactions.
• Manage relationships by educating merchants on operating Paytm devices and addressing their concerns.

Requirements

• Possession of a functional Android smartphone.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler (either a bike or scooter) for commuting to merchant locations.

Additional Information

• Direct employment with Paytm under their payroll system.
• Performance-based incentives awarded weekly and monthly.
