About the Company
EffiGO, offered by BOB Eprocure Solutions, is a rapidly expanding procurement automation SaaS platform built for enterprises and MSMEs. It supports sourcing, RFQs, auctions, vendor onboarding, and workflow automation, using AI-enabled capabilities and procurement-specific processes to help organizations save time, cut costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
Role Overview
This position focuses on driving field-based business growth for EffiGO’s enterprise procurement and supply chain offerings in Pune. The role involves end-to-end selling, from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new business through field visits, networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.
- Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and showcase EffiGO’s enterprise procurement and supply chain solutions.
- Deliver product demos and solution presentations to business decision-makers.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, and other important stakeholders.
- Handle the full sales process, starting from lead generation and continuing through deal closure.
- Meet assigned sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Draft proposals and quotations, while working with internal teams to support solution delivery.
- Keep CRM records accurate by updating customer details, pipeline status, and activity logs.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver a smooth customer journey.
- Track market developments and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree and bring 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, enterprise software sales, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or IT solutions. The role calls for strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and use Microsoft Office and CRM tools effectively. Extensive travel is expected for customer meetings and business development activities. A valid driving licence is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Additional advantage will be given to candidates who have sold ERP, procurement, supply chain, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), or similar enterprise software products. Exposure to discussions with CXOs, procurement leaders, supply chain heads, and other senior stakeholders is also desirable. Familiarity with SaaS and digital transformation solutions, as well as immediate availability to join, will be viewed positively.
