Field Officer

About the Role

We are urgently seeking candidates for the position of Relationship Officer / Senior Relationship Officer focused on Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP) at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role involves direct field sales engagements to generate and nurture leads primarily through open market sourcing, collaborations with builders, brokers, DSAs, connectors, and leveraging customer references.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for home loan and LAP products using various market channels.
• Engage with customers to present loan products, clarify eligibility criteria, and assist with documentation processes.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets set by the bank.
• Conduct on-site visits to establish customer relationships and strengthen acquisition efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in field sales.
• Graduation is a mandatory qualification.
• Age limit up to 32 years.
• Minimum CIBIL score of 700 required.

Compensation and Other Details

• Monthly salary range from INR 15,000 to INR 43,000.
• Annual package can be up to INR 400,000 (inclusive of incentives).
