Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Field Marketing Analyst to join our Events Team. This role involves supporting various activations such as expos, samplings, influencer and community events. Candidates should be enthusiastic, outgoing, and excel in organization and execution. Travel is expected approximately once every one to two months. The position is key in delivering engaging in-person brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events end-to-end, including vendor sourcing, equipment and decor procurement, timeline management, and logistics from start to finish.
• Manage schedules for expos, including all preparations such as packing supplies, setup organization, and marketing material printing.
• Coordinate communication and scheduling for brand ambassadors and support personnel.
• Identify and assess potential new event opportunities aligned with brand and growth objectives.
• Oversee on-site event execution including setup, operation, and teardown of displays and assets.
• Act as a professional and enthusiastic brand representative, engaging attendees to create memorable interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout activations.
• Assist with product sales at certain events when applicable.
• Analyze event outcomes by summarizing successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Track return on investment by gathering data on impressions, engagement, and qualitative feedback.
• Manage event budgets by monitoring expenses and finding cost optimizations without reducing quality.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience includes event logistics, setup, and execution.
• Background in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, or similar consumer brand environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage vendor relationships.
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable with hands-on involvement at events, including weekend commitments.
• Willingness to contribute across various tasks without ego, from strategic planning to on-the-ground duties.
• Demonstrates proactive problem-solving, strong follow-through, and ownership of tasks.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about growing with a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Benefits and Employment Terms

• This is a full-time onsite position located in New York City, requiring attendance five days per week. The work culture encourages in-office engagement and is enjoyable when team members come together.
• Annual salary ranges between 85000 and 95000 USD, including bonus compensation.
