F&B Service Expert (Waiter & Waitress)

Position Overview

This role focuses on creating a dining experience that is more than just serving food and drinks; it is about crafting memorable moments for guests. The F&B Service Expert is responsible for a variety of duties including table setup, liaising with the kitchen, interaction and service delivery to guests, as well as maintaining cleanliness of workspaces and tools. The role requires initiative and a commitment to service quality to ensure guests leave satisfied.

Working Conditions and Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company protocols and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communications at all times.
• Be physically active and mobile throughout the shift, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and navigating uneven or slippery floors.
• Manage menu items effectively including reading and confirming details visually.
• Handle manual tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with help, along with reaching and bending as needed.
• Take a proactive and hands-on approach to all duties and any additional reasonable tasks assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Less than one year of related work experience preferred, with no supervisory responsibilities required.
• No specific licenses or certifications are needed.
