Overview
Scoot is broadening its Embraer narrow-body fleet operations and is actively seeking seasoned Turboprop Captains wishing to advance their careers into commercial jet piloting. Ideal applicants will have demonstrated commanding skills, a strong commitment to safety leadership, and a disciplined approach to operations.

Key Duties
As Captain seated on the left, you will take full command of flights, ensuring the utmost safety, punctuality, and passenger comfort. You will exemplify leadership qualities and foster a collaborative environment within the Scoot team, ensuring the delivery of the company's distinctive 'Scootitude' experience.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess at least 4,000 total flight hours on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Mass (MTMA) of 5,700 kg or more.
- Accumulate a minimum of 2,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on multi-engine turboprop commercial aircraft that are certified for multi-crew operations, excluding Pilot Under Supervision (P1 U/S) hours.
- Hold a Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore-issued ICAO Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL). Applicants with foreign ATPL must undergo license conversion including an instrument rating and a proficiency check valid for a minimum of six months.
- Demonstrate English language proficiency of at least ICAO Level 4.
- Meet all vaccination mandates as set by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.

Additional Information
- Candidates selected for type rating training on assigned aircraft will share in the cost of the training and are required to enter into a training bond agreement.
- The recruitment process includes initial online aptitude tests, followed by an Assessment Centre in Singapore featuring group activities and individual interviews.
- Successful applicants will attend a two-day Simulator Assessment and Personality Evaluation.
