Job Objective
This role focuses on selling tailored services to job seekers so they can move forward faster in their job search.
Role Overview
The position involves speaking with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right Naukri FastForward services. It also includes managing follow-up conversations with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage pre-generated leads through outbound calling, with roughly 80 to 100 calls each day.
- Introduce new customers to the benefits of Naukri FastForward services.
- Drive repeat business by following up with existing customers over the phone.
- Build strong product knowledge to suggest the most suitable services based on customer requirements.
- Work consistently toward daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales performance.
- Meet acquisition goals for new customers while contributing to growth from existing customers.
- Follow defined quality benchmarks, processes, and operational metrics.

Preferred Background
