Executive II - Field Audit

Role Overview

This position is centered on assuring the precision, integrity, and compliance of customer visit records through detailed field audits. The incumbent will carry out on-site verification of customer details, cross-validate data against system records, and evaluate the efficiency of collection engagements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to customer premises to authenticate recorded information such as contact details, visit dates, and outcomes logged by collection agents.
• Compare field data with system entries to detect any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Assess the quality of customer interactions and the success rate of collection strategies employed.
• Compile comprehensive audit reports outlining observations, recommendations, and potential improvements.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing collection agents' adherence to audit standards and policies.
• Ensure all field audit activities comply with organizational procedures and applicable regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in field auditing or related functions is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Competency in computer usage including CRM platforms and data analysis software.
• Capability to perform independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Prior exposure to the collections sector and familiarity with corresponding regulatory frameworks is preferable.
• Knowledge of the geographical areas pertinent to audit assignments is a plus.
