Position Overview
This role is focused on ensuring timely and accurate uploading of new products on the company's website by managing product information and coordinating with multiple teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with brand teams to receive lists of new products for website upload.
- Aggregate comprehensive product details from various brands and provide weekly updates to the studio team.
- Verify accuracy of product information, categorization, and images prior to website publication.
- Monitor and facilitate any required re-shoots for products by coordinating with the studio teams to ensure prompt and efficient completion.
- Oversee smooth transit of samples among brand teams, inventory, and studios, ensuring deadlines, quality, and precision are maintained.
- Manage the scheduling of studio activities effectively.
- Assist Buyer & Merchandising Manager with generating business reports.
