About the Role
We are looking for a remote Executive Assistant to join the team of a leading company in the Information Technology sector. This pivotal position will take charge of operational priorities with an emphasis on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will coordinate closely with field leadership, support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to boost accountability, enhance service delivery, and maintain operational consistency. This role also provides an opportunity to impact operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance in a tech-centric setting.
Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered)
Compensation: $110,000 to $160,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complex calendar management across various global time zones, including scheduling meetings and organizing travel arrangements
- Act as a strategic partner by proposing solutions and assisting in decision-making processes
- Lead special projects and initiatives, monitor key milestones, and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings and company-wide all-hands events
- Serve as the primary communication link between executives and stakeholders to promote effective information flow
- Participate in meetings, monitor action items, and guarantee follow-ups on assigned commitments
- Identify and implement improvements in administrative procedures and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 to 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within fast-growing environments
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complicated calendars and international travel logistics
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Robust project management skills, capable of managing initiatives from start to finish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a professional attitude
- Proven aptitude for handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
