About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior executives such as the President, COO, or CEO. This vital position involves managing intricate calendars, organizing important meetings, and safeguarding confidential information with the highest discretion. The successful candidate will be proactive, exercise sound judgment, and communicate effectively at every organizational level. Acting as a central contact point for internal and external parties, they will ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding environment that directly supports the organization's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent typically required.
- Experience: Expertise in superior calendar management including scheduling priorities, travel, stakeholder availability, task tracking, leader accountability, professional follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Confidentiality management involving sensitive topics such as M&A discussions, compensation, talent evaluations, succession planning, legal affairs, organizational changes, and board materials.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Preferred: Over a decade supporting C-suite executives, experience with President, COO, CEO or CCO support, background in organizations with revenues over $500 million (ideally public), experience with multi-location or national organizations, expertise in coordinating board or leadership meetings, and handling complex domestic/international travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
