Job Purpose

The Excavator Operator will efficiently and safely operate excavators to assist with excavation, trenching, and material handling duties on construction sites. This position plays a critical role in ensuring work is carried out productively, accurately, and in line with safety standards, contributing to timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators for excavation, trenching, and grading tasks.
• Perform daily inspections of machinery and handle routine maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to project plans, safety protocols, and site requirements.
• Liaise closely with ground personnel and supervisors to maintain work accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated prior experience as an excavator operator.
• Strong understanding of heavy machinery operations and adherence to safety procedures on site.
• Possession of a valid operator license for heavy equipment.
