Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Services Technician to join our team in the Wellington region. This full-time, field-based position involves servicing and maintaining over 35,000 refrigeration units, postmix systems, and vending machines to ensure our customers always enjoy cold beverages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance and repair services for refrigerators, postmix machines, vending, and coffee equipment throughout Greater Wellington.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs, applying practical problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Install and commission beverage dispensing systems, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Deliver reliable, professional, and customer-focused service with a hands-on approach.

Candidate Profile

  • Hold a minimum qualification as an Electrical Appliance Serviceperson, Electrical Service Technician, or qualified Electrician with a current practising licence.
  • Experience in refrigeration is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
  • Energetic, motivated, and hardworking with strong customer service abilities.
  • Possession of a full, clean driver’s license to operate within the Wellington area.
