Role Overview
CXO Club is looking for an enthusiastic early-career software developer to join its technology team in Australia on a full-time, on-site basis. This position is well suited to recent graduates or aspiring developers who want to strengthen their technical base while contributing to practical software projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing, and upkeep of software applications and systems.
- Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code in line with coding standards and best practices.
- Work closely with developers, QA specialists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Investigate bugs, resolve software issues, and help improve system performance and reliability.
- Take part in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment-related activities.
- Help prepare technical documentation and user-facing guides.
- Build knowledge of new technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and object-oriented programming.
- Exposure to databases, APIs, and version control tools like Git is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and core web development concepts will be helpful.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
