About the Role

We are seeking motivated recent graduates based in the Greater Toronto Area to join our marketing team as full-time, in-person Marketing Associates. This role focuses on direct marketing and experiential campaigns, requiring daily commuting to our Midtown Toronto office. Relocation assistance is not available, so candidates must already reside locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement face-to-face marketing initiatives to engage customers.
• Represent client brands with professionalism during customer interactions.
• Develop relationships to boost customer engagement levels.
• Promote various products, services, and special offers effectively.
• Collect feedback and insights from ongoing campaigns.
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet daily targets and goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduate or someone entering the marketing field for the first time.
• Residency within the GTA or nearby areas a must.
• Ability to commute daily to our Midtown Toronto office.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong dedication at work.
