Role Overview

The Emergency Team Member works under the Emergency Team Supervisor within our 24/7 emergency response operation. This role involves promptly answering emergency hotline calls and resolving them in accordance with company protocols to maintain safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required

• Proficient telephone communication skills to handle incoming emergency calls effectively.
• Accurate and detailed logging of call information, especially under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process and record data precisely.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities, capable of quick thinking in urgent situations.
• Prior experience coordinating and dispatching engineers is essential.
