About the Role

Diehl Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their Construction & Facilities team on a full-time basis. This role offers an exciting chance to engage in various projects across several dealership locations, handling electrical tasks related to renovations, new builds, facility improvements, and routine upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
• Execute electrical tasks associated with dealership remodeling and renovation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Set up lighting fixtures, outlets, breaker panels, conduit, and wiring assemblies.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed electrical drawings accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national electrical regulations.
• Collaborate with construction and maintenance teams to meet project deadlines.
• Travel as necessary to various dealership sites to fulfill job requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with both commercial and residential electrical work.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical codes and adherence to safety standards.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in using both hand and power electrical tools.
• Valid driver's license with an unblemished driving record.
• Electrical license or certification preferred but not mandatory based on experience.
